So here we go again - the EA promoting a green energy Thames hydropower scheme. This is the same Environment Agency that fails to maintain the Thames and Jubilee Rivers, has failed to support hydropower schemes in the past, continues to raise boat licence charges and also wants to get rid of lock keepers and their houses.
