Are you aware that the Environment Agency intends to 'do away with' the historic steps on the River Thames at Staines at a cost of £............

Not content with just pouring radioactive waste into the Thames for over 50 years or spending £110m of public money on a flood alleviation scheme that simply moved the problem downstream, this sounds more like their flawed 'get rid of the lock houses' exercise that was announced in April 2008 and halted in June 2008
