The Jubilee River story - The 1992 Public Inquiry - Report to the Minister

The MWEFAS Public Inquiry was held between October and December 1992 at Shire Hall, Reading.

The Inspector reported to Michael Howard and John Gummer (both since elevated to the House of Lords) in April 1993 - who subsequently permitted the development in 1995.
