I have consulted my Area Manager
Innes Jones on this and the Regional Director Howard Davidson. They agree
that nothing has changed in that we will not engage with you on matters that
have been the subject of detailed and extensive correspondence with us over
the last six years. This includes issues relating to the operation and
maintenance of the Maidenhead Windsor and Eton Scheme and the demise of the
Thames Flood Forum.
We will of course engage with you and give
attention to any genuinely
new subject matter. This should be direct to the Area office
only in the first instance.
I
hope this adequately answers your query and I hope that we can have a more
constructive dialogue on new areas of interest.
