Myrke Ditch - Is this really a critical watercourse?

These pictures show the Myrke Ditch adjacent to the Eton Road, Datchet.

This watercourse was last cleaned about four years ago.

So who is responsible?  The Myrke Ditch is designated Main River, therefore the Environment Agency is responsible for ensuring that it is properly maintained.

The borough is Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.   The riparian owner is the Environment Agency.

Message to the EA - If you can make the time to clear this watercourse, please let me know.
