Maidenhead - Saturday 28th June - from 1.30pm.

SAVE OUR SERVICE will be in Maidenhead town centre on Saturday 28th June with Theresa May. 

SOS will be protesting, as they did in Henley on the 14th  June, about the Environment Agency's plans to sell off Lock and Weir Keeper homes.

Several wives and river groups, the GMB union and Theresa May and her office will be actively encouraging people to sign the petition to prevent the sale of these houses and we will be advertising the www.saveourservice.org web site to make people aware of the dangers, should there no longer be resident Lock & Weir Keepers.

Any and all SOS supporters are welcome, in fact the more the merrier.

We will set up outside Woolworths at 1.30, with Mrs May due to arrive at 2.00pm.

The local newspapers have been invited as have ITV and BBC, so please come and support us.
